Introduction
Welcome to Implex! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all direct sales of custom veterinary implants and services ("Products") provided to our customers, including veterinary professionals and clinics ("you" or "Client"). By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Personalized Custom Implant Services

·      We design implants tailored to each animal's unique anatomy and needs.

·      Our full-cycle service includes clinical case analysis, implant design, preoperative planning, and delivery of a ready-to-use surgical set.

·      High-quality materials: implants are 3D-printed using biocompatible titanium alloy Ti6Al4V Grade 23 (ELI), and surgical guides are CE-certified as a Class I medical device and retain their mechanical properties during steam sterilization in an autoclave.

2. Preoperative Support
Our team provides expert guidance at every stage—collaborating closely with surgeons to optimize surgical planning and outcomes.

3. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

·      All orders require 100% upfront payment, covering analysis, manufacturing, customs clearance, and delivery.

·      Prototypes are manufactured within 1 month, and final products within 2 months.

·      Express Service: Faster manufacturing and delivery can be arranged upon request for an additional fee, negotiated individually based on urgency and feasibility.

·      If for any reason the product does not fit, we will either refund 100% of the amount paid or remanufacture at no extra cost.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

·      Implex ensures that every product is manufactured to the agreed specifications and quality standards.

·      Clinical use, surgical technique, and patient outcome remain the sole responsibility of the treating veterinarian.

·      In the unlikely case of product issues, Implex’s liability is limited to providing a replacement product or refund of the purchase price.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

·      All information, designs, scans, and case details provided by Clients are treated as strictly confidential.

·      Data is securely stored within Implex’s encrypted internal systems, accessible only to authorized personnel.

·      Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers) or when legally required.

6. Regulatory Compliance
Veterinary medical device regulations may differ across jurisdictions. Implex products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with applicable local standards; however, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with national or regional veterinary regulations before use.

7. Amendments
Implex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a “Last revised” date. Also, each client will be notified personaly.
